1、The amount added should be appropriate
Excessive fat addition will increase the friction torque, temperature, and fat consumption; If the amount of grease added is too small, reliable lubrication cannot be obtained and dry friction occurs. Generally speaking, the appropriate amount of grease added is 1/3 to 1/2 of the total clearance volume inside the bearing.

2、Prohibition of mixing different brands of lubricating grease
Due to the differences in thickeners, base oils, and additives used in lubricating greases, mixed use can cause changes in the colloidal structure, resulting in an increase in oil content, changes in viscosity, and mechanical stability.
3、Pay attention to the grease change cycle and management of the usage process
Pay attention to regularly adding and replacing lubricating grease. When adding or replacing new grease, the waste grease should be squeezed out until new grease is seen at the grease outlet. The degreasing process must be kept clean to prevent the mixing of mechanical impurities, dust, and sand particles.
